Kryetari <strong>Alban Hyseni<\/strong> ia dor\u00ebzoi \u00e7mimin me fjal\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjeje p\u00ebr kontributin e jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm humanitar dhe social q\u00eb Kastrati ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetin dhe komunitetin e tij. Atmosfera e ngroht\u00eb dhe emocionuese e mbushur me mir\u00ebnjohje nga qytetar\u00ebt e pranish\u00ebm tregoi se vler\u00ebsimi nuk ishte vet\u00ebm formal, por nj\u00eb nder i merituar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, Komuna e Gjilanit n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me shoqat\u00ebn <strong>\u201cJetimat e Ballkanit\u201d<\/strong> hap\u00ebn nj\u00eb projekt t\u00eb madh social. Projekti p\u00ebrfshin nj\u00eb <strong>qend\u00ebr ditore p\u00ebr t\u00eb moshuarit<\/strong>, nj\u00eb <strong>kuzhin\u00eb humanitare<\/strong> dhe nj\u00eb <strong>bujtin\u00eb p\u00ebr student\u00eb<\/strong>, duke ofruar strehim, ushqim dhe kujdes p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb nevoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo iniciativ\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb fizike, por nj\u00eb simbol i solidaritetit dhe mb\u00ebshtetjes p\u00ebr komunitetin. Halil Kastrati dhe ekipi i tij kan\u00eb treguar se kur vizioni humanitar takon organizimin e mir\u00ebfillt\u00eb, mund t\u00eb ndryshosh jet\u00ebn e shum\u00eb njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt e Gjilanit e prit\u00ebn me g\u00ebzim hapjen e k\u00ebtij projekti, duke e par\u00eb si nj\u00eb mund\u00ebsi reale p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr ndihm\u00eb.
