class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nga refuzimi te miratimi \u2013 rruga e gjat\u00eb e projektit<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Shaqiri kishte marr\u00eb fillimisht lejen e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb <strong>gusht t\u00eb vitit 2022<\/strong>, por nj\u00eb grup banor\u00ebsh t\u00eb zon\u00ebs paraqit\u00ebn <strong>ankesa<\/strong> duke pretenduar se <strong>projekti mund t\u00eb ndot\u00eb mjedisin dhe t\u00eb ndikoj\u00eb n\u00eb pamjen e lagjes<\/strong>.<br>Si pasoj\u00eb, n\u00eb <strong>janar t\u00eb vitit 2024<\/strong>, <strong>Gjykata Administrative e Aargaut<\/strong> e pezulloi lejen nd\u00ebrtimore, duke e kthyer \u00e7\u00ebshtjen p\u00ebr rishqyrtim.<br>Pas apelimit n\u00eb <strong>Gjykat\u00ebn Supreme Federale t\u00eb Zvicr\u00ebs<\/strong>, kjo e fundit <strong>kund\u00ebrshtoi pezullimin<\/strong> dhe urdh\u00ebroi nj\u00eb <strong>rishikim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb rastit n\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tani, me vendimin e fundit, <strong>Gjykata Administrative<\/strong> ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb <strong>miratimin p\u00ebrfundimtar<\/strong>, megjith\u00ebse me disa <strong>kushte teknike<\/strong>, si p.sh. <strong>vendosja e perdeve n\u00eb dritare<\/strong> p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos shqet\u00ebsuar banor\u00ebt e af\u00ebrt nga drita e fort\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fqinj\u00ebt humb\u00ebs t\u00eb betej\u00ebs gjyq\u00ebsore<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Sipas raportimeve t\u00eb <strong>20 Minuten<\/strong>, banor\u00ebt q\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtuan projektin kan\u00eb p\u00ebsuar <strong>humbje financiare t\u00eb konsiderueshme<\/strong>.<br>Ata do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb <strong>paguajn\u00eb shpenzime gjyq\u00ebsore prej 7,777 franga<\/strong>, si dhe t\u00eb <strong>kompensojn\u00eb Shaqirin me 6,600 franga<\/strong> dhe <strong>qytetin Rheinfelden me 4,125 franga<\/strong> p\u00ebr kostot ligjore.<br>Ky vendim i jep fund nj\u00eb kapitulli t\u00eb gjat\u00eb burokratik p\u00ebr Shaqirin, i cili tani mund t\u00eb filloj\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimin e vil\u00ebs s\u00eb tij luksoze n\u00eb paqe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nj\u00eb
